The Steel Authority of India ltd (SAIl) has won the 'Hi Mentor Business World' award under the category “Best initiative for connect with family”.The award was presented at a ceremony to give away HR Excellence Awards 2015 for SAIl-BSP’s unique initiative called Aapbhi Janiye, wherein spouses of shop floor employees are taken on a visit to enable them to understand and appreciate the steel making process, working conditions, and the work life of their spouses, and thereby develop better work-life balance in Mumbai recently.
