The Executive Director (Works) of Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP), YK Degan hoisted the ‘Quality Flag’ at the premises of Sayantra Bhavan here.
In his address, Degan stated that on account of the collective efforts of PPC, Steel Melting Shops, Marketing and Rolling Mills, the BSP is finding out value based possibilities of producing special quality steel.
He was full of praise on the firm resolve of BSP collective for registering unprecedented records on different fronts.
It may be recalled that more than 30 departmental heads of BSP hoisted ‘Quality Flags’ within the premises of their respective departments to mark the 'Quality Month' at the plant premises.
Moreover, the Business Excellence Department is also organising the seminar on ‘Quality-2014’ to mark the ‘Quality Month’. During this month, symposiums on general management, quality excellence,'Busiquest-14' and other events would be held.
