Giving title of Senapati to the workers, Agrawal called upon them to enter into the election arena. He said that meetings would be convened in each ward of South constituency in the days to come. Along with the works done by the workers so far, Agrawal collected information about the survey conducted in the wards in the last days. Agrawal said that every party worker present in the ward should work earnestly. Along with old workers, 10 new workers - five youths, three women and two aged persons - should be added at each booth. This team should go each house and collect information about the residents. Each worker should conduct survey of 25 houses per day. Voter list should be available at each booth, he added.
Agrawal said that the work of adding name in the voter list would continue until day before the election. So the worker should work for adding names of BJP supporter voters of the ward in the voters list on priority, the survey of which should be started from Monday, he added.
He instructed to remove such workers, who were absent in the meeting and those who were present but careless in the work and join new workers in their place. Agrawal informed the workers that this time slip distribution would be done by people for election commission. However, one BlO of the party would remain with them. He said to prepare list of one BlO each of all wards. This work should be done by the worker, who is resident of the same ward and whose name is in the voter list and knows each voter of the ward well.
