Tourism and Culture Minister Ajay Chandrakar on Sunday marked his presence as chief guest at the concluding ceremony of nine-days-long ‘Writer–Reader Discourse and Book Exhibition’ held here.
The exhibition was organized under the joint aegis of Chhattisgarh Culture Department (CCD) and Rajkamal Prakashan Private limited (RPPl, Delhi).On last day of the exhibition also named as ‘Sahityotsav’, huge number of visitors thronged at the venue at Mahant Ghasidas Memorial Museum situated at Sanskriti Bhawan’s auditorium.
“The ‘Sahityotsav’ helped Raipur to add an important episode in the field of literature – culture of Indian history” claimed Chandrakar. On the occasion, Director, Culture Department, Rakesh Chaturvedi expressed gratitude towards those who contributed in making the event a success. Higher Education Minister, Prem Prakash Pandey and Managing Director of RPPl, Ashok Maheshwari were also present.
