BJYM workers burn effigy of Pakistan, Union Govt

Staff Reporter

The workers of the State unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) on Tuesday burnt effigies of Pakistan and the UnionGovernment at all its district centres of the State to register their protest following an attack by Pakistani forces on an Indian outpost in Jammu and Kashmir.

In a statement, State BJYM President Anurag Singhdeo said that the Congress party had failed at every front. Both its Foreign and Defence policy had been shaky in the context of its neighbours. This is the reason why a small country such as Pakistan is promoting inflitration while unleashing an undeclared war on India, he said. The Union Government after every act of Pakistan has a standard reply of condemning the act and registering a protest, Singhdeo added.
