Bhilai Steel Plant’s HRD department started an Intervention on “Business Alignment” on Friday which would consist of sequence of workshops for employees of HRD department.
The objective of this “Business Alignment” exercise is to sensitise the HRD collective to the challenges ahead and to seamlessly align to goals and objectives of the plant in order to improve training and development services.
Siddhartha Dubey, head of HRD department, who has designed and developed this intervention in his opening remarks detailed the
purpose of this exercise saying that the time has come when HRD department needs to introspect and
rejuvenate its processes, ensuring greater alignment with the business processes of Bhilai Steel Plant.
The workshop session was initiated with an envisioning team exercise, wherein HRD teams envisioned future prospects of HRD and made presentations. During the workshop M.Ravi, Executive Director (Works) and In-charge(Projects), BSP interacted with HRD collective and spelled out the expectations of the plant from HRD department.
Thanking the participants, Siddhartha Dubey, gave out-line of future workshops on “Business Alignment”
