Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Gaurishankar Agrawal on Wednesday said that the Congress members should remain specific to the question being asked and avoid giving speeches in the House. During the question hour, Congress member Santram Netam asked question regarding traffic jam in Keshkal valley on behalf of Congress member Shanker Dhurva.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ajay Chandrakar replied to the question on behalf of PWD Minister Rajesh Munat. Netam alleged that the Minister was giving false assurances. He said that they should utilise maximum time of the question hour. Congress member Satyanarayan Sharma said that the situation arises due to unsatisfactory replies by the Ministers.
