The HR Department of Bharat Aluminium Company limited (BAlCO) organised a workshop for police department on ‘5-S Management’ here.
The workshop organised at BAlCO learning Centre premises was inaugurated by Korba City Superintendent of Police (CSP) Dr lal Umed Singh.
In his address Dr Singh said that the employees rendering their service in police administration are qualified from Class VIII to post graduation level. Management education is not being imparted in schools and colleges. Thus it is a great opportunity for the policemen to learn the management techniques, he said.
Administrative General Manager of BAlCO, Colonel D S Bhati said that adoption of management techniques leads to efficient living and proper functioning of all works.
The workshop was presided over by QCFI, New Delhi and chapter specialist Anirudha Kaushik taught the techniques to the policemen.
The workshop was coordinated by Training and Skill Development Department Head Nitasha Srivastava.
