Inspection and audit of all 16 registers maintained by Gram Panchayats in all the six Janpad Panchayats in the district will be commenced from July 30 and this will be done at Janpad headquarters of the respective Janpad Panchayats.
Inspection and audit of the registers/documents will be done by a joint team of Project director, District Rural Development Authority (DRDA) Balrampur, CEO of the respective Janpad Panchayat, senior, Internal and Assistant Accounts, Audit and Tax Assessment Officer and District Auditor.
According to the schedule, inspection and audit work will be held on July 30 at Janpad Panchayat Balrampur, on August 9 at Janpad Panchayat Wadraf Nagar, on August 13 at Janpad Panchayat Ramchandrapur, on August 16 at Janpad Panchayat Rajpur, on August 21 at Janpad Panchayat Shankargarh and on August 23 at Janpad Panchayat Kusumi.
The officials concerned have been instructed to complete the maintenance of all the registers till the scheduled date for the respective Janpad Panchayats and remain present with necessary documents at Janpad Panchayat headquarters on the fixed date.
