The newly appointed Principal Secretary of Public Relations department Amitabh Jain assumed charge of his new assignment on Thursday afternoon here.
Outgoing Principal Secretary of the department, Aman Kumar Singh welcomed Jain and handed over the charge with his best wishes.
It is noteworthy that following orders issued by the State Government regarding new postings, Amitabh Jain has been posted as Principal Secretary of Public Relations Department.
Jain has also been entrusted with additional charge of Principal Secretary PWD and legislative Works Department. Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Information Technology, Bio Technology, Energy and Public Relations department Aman Kumar Singh has been relieved of the charge of Principal Secretary, Public Relations Department only.
