The spouses of the Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) employees from Personnel Non-Works, Zone–1 made a plant visit under the company’s ‘Aap Bhi Janiye’ programme.
The spouses of employees from different department are being granted the opportunity of visiting the production units under BSP for getting first-hand experience on functioning and working conditions of employees in different shops inside the steel plant.Before proceeding for plant visit, the spouses were welcomed in the specially organized function at HRDC, where GM (MM) D.A.lothe was present as the chief guest.
GM (MM) PK Banga and DGM Industrial Relations, Sport, Culture and Civic Amenities) D.P.Satpathi were also present on the occasion as the special invitees. AGM (Personnel–Non Works) Anuradha Singh presided over the occasion.The spouses were escorted for visiting different production units for observing their functioning and working conditions of the employees.After the visit, the spouses of employees lauded the initiative of management in facilitating them with such highly informative plant visit.
