Senior BJP leader and former party president Vainkaih Naidu here on Wednesday claimed that the BJP will win over 250 seats including over 50 seats from southern States in the ensuing lok Sabha elections, while its total tally of seats along with the alliance partners  may well cross 300 seats.

Taking a dig at the third front, Naidu told mediapersons at Indore Press Club that people of the country has seen governance of the third front which can in no way become successful. The third front has seven leaders and each one of them wants to become the Prime Minister.

Hitting out at the Congress party,  Naidu said in the past 10 years of the Congress rule in the country, the country has become a victim of policy paralysis with industrialists  being made to set up industries abroad, farmers are committing suicide and there is a virtual decline in employment opportunities for the youths.  Similarly, he said on foreign policy matters also, the Congress government's performance has been far from satisfactory.

He said amid gloom and despondence all-around, people of the country are looking towards Narendra Modi as a formidable and strong leader who can mitigate their miseries and solve their problems.

Talking about the Aam Admi Party (AAP), the BJP leader said this party will get finished in the lok Sabha elections as it has lost faith of the people of the country. In the past three months, this party has been rocked with infighting among its leaders and now it is destined to get finished, Naidu said.

Talking about Madhya Pradesh, Naidu said, the BJP has been working on its Mission  29 to win almost all parliamentary seats in Madhya Pradesh.  lauding Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, he said chief minister has done a lot of good work. Under his leadership, Madhya Pradesh has created a new landmark of development. Statistics released recently are testimony to this fact.
