Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu on Tuesday said that the responsibility of heading the SIT on PDS scam by IPS officer SRP Kalluri might have been entrusted upon the officer after some thought was given by the Chief Minister.
Some of the decisions are taken by the General Administration Department and Home Department can’t intervene on them , he said.
SRP Kalluri might have been posted with the Home Department but all transfers of All India Service officers are done after consultation with the Chief Minister, Sahu said.
