PNS

Indian Railways is set to introduce a dedicated service to facilitate affordable travel for low-income passengers between two long-distance destinations or regions. This move comes as a result of a detailed study conducted by the railways, analyzing the load factor and waitlisted patterns on various routes. The aim is to cater to a significant number of labourers who frequently travel from States like Bihar and Jharkhand to southern regions like Chennai, Mumbai, Surat, Punjab, and others.
