After he was elected as the Speaker of the Maharashtra Assembly, first-time MLA Rahul Narwekar on Sunday became the youngest ever in India to hold this august Constitutional post. Incidentally, 45-year-old Narwekar is the son-in-law of NCP leader Ramraje Naik-Nimbalkar who is the Chairman of the Maharashtra Legislative.
