Assembly speaker Mata Prasad Pandey has called all-party meeting on Thursday just before the start of the session. The Business Advisory Committee meeting will be held after that. leader of opposition Swami Prasad Maurya said here that the Samajwadi Party government has failed on all fronts. BJP legislature party leader Hukum Singh said his party will question the appeasement policy of the ruling party. ''Our two legislators will question as why they were arrested under NSA'' he said. Claiming that the state government has violated parliamentary procedure, BJP's leader in legislative Council Hridyanarain Dixit said the Government should give a notice of 14 days before convening the Assembly but it issued notification just four days prior to the first sitting.
