In view of the Uttar Pradesh Global Investors’ Summit to be held in Lucknow in February, the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) will hold an auction of industrial plots to allow setting up of industries by investors.
A total of 152 industrial plots in Jhansi, Hardoi, Mathura, Amethi, Mau, Ghaziabad, Kanpur Dehat, Jalaun and Hamirpur have been identified for auction. Applications have been sought after marking the plots.
UPSIDA CEO Mayur Maheshwari said that the e-auction process started at 10 am on January 31. Those interested can download the form and fill it. The last date for downloading the form, catalogue & processing fees, and EMD payment is February 9 (by 6 pm). The deadline for submitting the application is February 13 (6 pm). The industrial plot e-auction procedure will start at 10 am on February 21.
