The UP government has issued orders for the 28 days paid leave for the corona infected employees in the private sector. This order will cover the employees working in shops, commercial establishments manufacturing units and the units closed as per the orders of the district administration on account of pandemic.
The additional chief secretary Suresh Chandra said here that for availing the facility of 28 days paid leave the employees will have to furnish the medical certificate to the employer. The order also said that all commercial establishments employing 10 or more persons will have to display the guidelines for preventing the spread of the corona virus on the notice board.
