At least three Union ministers will be visiting state capital on Tuesday to participate in various departmental programmes and would meet the party leaders and ask them to popularize the achievements of the Modi Government. Union Home minister Rajnath Singh, who was slated to reach lucknow his Parliamentary constituency on Monday, has re-scheduled his visit. Now Singh would reach here on Tuesday morning and would attend a couple of functions in the day, State UP BJP spokesperson Vijay Bahadur Pathak said in a statement issued here on Monday.
He said due to some important meeting at New Delhi, Singh has re-scheduled his visit to lucknow and now he will reach here on Tuesdaymorning. Singh will return to New Delhi on June 10. Meanwhile, Union minister of state for energy Piyush Goel too will visit lucknow on Tuesday . Official source said Goel will first meet Governor Ram Naik at Raj Bhawan and then will hold meeting with Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav over the power projects in the state.
later, Goel will visit state BJP office in the evening to meet the state BJP leaders and other party workers. Union minister for state for Parliamentary affairs and Minority Welfare Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi is also slated to visit lucknow and he is expected to hold a press conference in the afternoon. He will also meet party workers.
