The BJP has adopted the hidden agenda of Ram temple and hidutva in the present lok sabha elections though its PM candidate Narendra Modi had side lined the temple issue and agenda related to hindutva in his election rallies . while going through te list of the BJP candidates from the Ayodhya base Faizabad lok sabha seat and adjacent constituencies ,the candicates awarded the BJP ticket were either associated with the ram temple movement or they have the tough face of hindutva .
After a long time suspense between the candidate associated with the ram temple movement and the BJP MlA from Rudauli assembly Ram chander Yadav finally the cec of the party awarded the ticket to its five term MlA from Ayodhya lallu Singh who was strongly associated with the ram temple movement in the year 1990 up till now .
It was aired from the BJP camp that as the BJP had side lined the temple issue, would not award tickets to those leaders who were associated with the ram temple movement except some national leaders . But in the list ,Yogi Aditya nath lallu singh, Prarik bhusan Singh son of Gonda base leader Braj bhusan Singh also succeeded in securing the BJP ticket , All these have hundutva face were strongly assocated with the temple movement . Despite this Varun Gandhi a fire brand hindu face has been fielded as the BJP candidare from Sultanpur constituency .Meanwhile the former chief ministers Kalyan Singh and Uma Bharti had got popularity by being associated with the temple movement. Both the leaders had secured their candidature in ensuing election .
This may be recalled that lallu singh had won the Ayodhya assembly seat for five term on the BJP ticket and being a cadre base leader of the party , he also fought the Faizabad lok sabha election for past two terms but could not win the seat . In the 2009 lok sabha election he was placed at the fourth position in the result whereas the Congress candidate Nirmal Khatri had won the seat defeating his nearest rival Mitrasen Yadav, the SP candidate .
Now, in the 2014 election the same candidates of the prominent political parties are in the fray exept the BSP candidate . In the 2009 lok sabha elections there was a quadrangular fight among Nirmal Khatri (congress ) Mitra sen yadav (SP) Bimlendra mohan pratap mishra (BSP) and lallu Singh (BJP) and khatri had won the fight . In the present election Khatri (Congrsss ) Mitrasen yadav (SP) lallu singh (BJP) and muscleman Jitendara Singh Babloo(BSP. ) are in the fray . Babloo is the same bahubali(muscle man ) who had allegedly burnt the residence of the former Congress state chief Rita Bahuguna Joshi ,who is contesting the 2014 lok sabha election from lucknow constituency .
