Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Soron, the Land of Lord Varah (reincarnation of Lord Vishnu), will be beautified on the lines of Kashi Vishwanath, Ayodhya and Mathura and soon the local residents will get new avenues of employment.

Leading the campaigning for the BJP in Kasganj on Tuesday, Yogi said, “Lord Vishnu incarnated as Varah here to free the land from the terror of demons.  Soron has also played a major role in the Indian freedom struggle. The double engine government has always respected the faith of the people. After the beautification of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Ayodhya and Mathura, how can Soron remain deprived? Work for the development of Soron as a pilgrimage has already been started.”

Reiterating that the BJP government did what they promised, Yogi asserted that their government provided security to women, maintained law and order with its policy of zero-tolerance and made the state riot-free. He also claimed that Uttar Pradesh was on its way to becoming the number one economy in the country. The Chief Minister further said, "After 2017, there have been no riots in Uttar Pradesh, but now a spectacular ‘Kanwar Yatra’ takes place, amidst the chants of Bam-Bam."

Yogi said that his government worked for the welfare of the poor while the SP government stopped the pension of elderly and widows. "The SP was more concerned about the terrorists who attacked Ramjanmabhoomi in Ayodhya," he alleged. "Their sympathies were for terrorists, professional criminals, and mafias. The leaders of Samajwadi Party were not seen during the pandemic crisis. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's  leadership, free tests, treatments, and vaccines were given. Also, a double dose of ration was provided to the poor," he added.

Highlighting the BJP government's efforts in the Kasganj district, Yogi said that debts of  51,800 farmers were waived in the district while 2.10 lakh farmers had received benefits under the PM-KISAN scheme. "In Kasganj, 8400 physically challenged people, 21200 widows and over 12600 senior citizens are getting pensions of Rs12,000 yearly, and over 7000 poor in the district have been given houses. Over 10 lakh people are getting the benefits of double dose of free ration," the Chief Minister said.

Yogi also said that the construction of roads in Bulandshahr, Meerut, Aligarh, universities, airports, highways have led to rapid development of the region and promised that two crore laptops will be given to the youths if the BJP returned tro power in the state.
