Pioneer News Service, PS

Congress took a dig at the Samajwadi Party government over the "error" in theofficial communiqué of the home department alleging that it not just buttress their charge of nexus between SP and Bharatiya Janta Party but it also pointed that  Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP)  is also one among the many power Centres which are running the Akhilesh Yadav’s government.

Issuing a letter to call a meeting and discuss re-construction of Ram Temple on line of Somnath Temple in Gujrat and later claiming it to be an error just pointed hidden pact between BJP and SP", claimed spokesman of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) Zeeshan Haider. He alleged that the SP government was being controlled by several power centre since the beginning, but  the development in past few months particularly after meeting on chaurasi-kosi-yatra raised suspicion that VHP

is also running it the SP Government.  Errors take place only a couple of times. When a responsible government continues to make mistakes, the atmosphere gets spoilt...that is what is happening in Uttar Pradesh," he said while alleging that state government seems to be working with closed eyes.

Meanwhile Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) to attacked SP Government on the above issue and said the controversial  letter convening a meeting of top officials to discuss "reconstruction" of Ram temple at Ayodhya was a conspiracy of the "Cong-SP-BSP secular syndicate" and that it would not help "such forces" in the 2014 general elections.

"The letter issued by the Home department regarding construction of temple on Ram Janmbhoomi is a conspiracy of secular syndicate of Congress, Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party," BJP national vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi claimed. "Such a conspiracy will not help to avoid white-wash of such forces in the next lok Sabha elections," he said.

Naqvi claimed that the next general elections be fought on the issues of corruption, price rise and administrative failure and "secular syndicate would not succeed in misleading the people". He said the countdown of Congress has started and the country was in "Modi mood". He claimed that the people were committed to "ending the misrule of Congress" and good governance of BJP. He said the formula of Third Front was like "expired election chocolate" and alleged that those supporting Congress were "spreading the formula of the Third Front."

The letter issued by Secretary (Home) Saresh Chandra Mishra instructed the Director General of Police and other senior officials to attend a meeting on October 14 to discuss the "reconstruction" of Ram temple at Ayodhya."This letter is regarding Parliamentary law by the Centre for reconstruction of temple at Ram Janmabhoomi on the linesof reconstruction of the Somnath temple," reads the subject of the letter.
