PNS

Reiterating demand of reorganization of state, Rashtriya lok Dal (RlD) national Secretary General Jayant Chaudahry said RlD will not compromise on party policies come what may.

“We will go among the people will talk them about RlD policies and will fight to ensure their right,” he said while sketching a roadmap for party preparation in forthcoming assembly election.

He hit out Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) led central government saying Prime Minister Narendra Modi was planning to run bullet train in the country at a time when a large population is deprived of basic amenities. “It is debt that Japan government is giving to India and it would have to pay back. Instead of running of Bullet train it would be appropriate if the central government start the projects which are lying defunct. The PM should think of the ensuring basic requirement that common people need,” he pointed out.

He said the RlD will opt issue based policies when will go for polls during the next assembly election. “Political system of India is very dynamic and the voters are not giving attention to those who are opting divisive politics. Good governance, employment, concept of corruption-free state are some issues that should be highlighted,” Chaudhary said while obliquely hinting BJP rout in Bihar assembly election.

He also criticized the Samajwadi Party led state government saying there is lawlessness all where. “law and order is completely in shambles. The government is not acting against corrupt babus and the ministers. People who voted it to power now completely had lost charm in the present government,’ he said.

He said farmers’ issues were not being addressed by the SP government. “The farmers are still struggling to get compensation for the damages they suffered due to un-seasonal rain and drought,’ he said. He rescinded the possibility of a tie up with parties which are opposed to RlD policies.

He spoke at length about farmers’ woes and present state and central government apathy towards dealing their problems. The leader said the party workers and leaders will contact people and galvanize the youth voters. “We are going to observe Kisan Bachao Saptah (save farmers week) which will take on birth 123 anniversary of party founder and former prime minister Chaudhary Charan Singh,’ he said.

Earlier, former state minister (agriculture) in Bahujan Samaj Party Chaudhary Yograj Singh, former BSP leader,Meerut and former MlA, Jagat Singh, former Janta Dal leader, Kunwar Narendra Singh, former Samajwadi Party leader from Bihar Engineer Harendra Narayan Singh and former Socialist Party leader, Subhash Kumar Mishra joined the party membership amid the presence of Jayant Chaudhary. The new members will soon be given important post. The leaders came along with a huge number of their supporters in the program.
