Accusing the NDA government of aimed to grab the land of the farmers, state president of Rastriya lok Dal (RlD), Munna Singh Chauhan said Modi led NDA government was hell bent upon bringing the ordinance on land Acquisition Bill in the parliament third time after the same was not passed. He pointed out the Modi led government had tabled the ordinance earlier on two occasion one in December 2014 and later in April 2015.
Terming the NDA government proposed bill at a bitter reminder of British Rule, Chauhan said Prime Minister Modi was aimed to benefit the capitalists at the price of farmers by grabbing their lands. “The Modi government was in no way a well-wisher of farmers’ interest,’ he commented. He said the RlD will continue to fight against the NDA government move to get the bill passed.
