Giving speculations to new equations after coming Parliament elections, Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav on Thursday claimed that they could look  even towards Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) if they (BJP) would change their stand on some issues. He also warned the rioters who were again trying to create communal disturbances in Muzaffarnagar saying they would be dealt with an iron hand.

"These anti-national forces cannot fight with the government machinery and they will be taught a lesson," he announced while speaking during a function on the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the party office here on Thursday morning. However, Jamait-

Ulema-Hindi chief Maulana Arshad Madni in his reaction over the recurrence of violence in Muzaffarnagar last night blamed the UP government for it. "The real guilty people are being spared and they are roaming free after getting bail from the court. Till those guilty are not arrested and put in jail, the situation in Muzaffarnagar and its adjoining districts cannot be peaceful," he claimed. Director general of Police(DGP) Deoraj Nagar, who has rushed to

Muzaffarnagar after Wednesday's violence in which four people including a woman were killed, even admitted that security lapses led to the incidents. Highlighting the works done by Chief minister Akhilesh Yadav, SP supremo went on to claim that Rs 90 crores had already been given to the affected areas for construction of houses for the victims.

Meanwhile, while narrating his decision to order firing in Ayodhya in 1990, Mulayam said he was just acting like an 'Arjun' of Mahabharata' by asking the police to open fire on people.  However, he surprised everyone when he went on to claim that if BJP leaves its communal ideology besides its attitude towards Ayodhya and Kashmir, then people can communicate with them.  He said temple-mosque dispute was flared up by certain communal forces to divide the society.

"We have been forced to order firing (in Ayodhya) to prevent demolition of Babri mosque. Recently in the name of 84 kosi parikrama, attempts were made to bring in people in Ayodhya in Sadhu's attire but it was timely banned by the SP government," Yadav said. He added that SP would continue it fight against communalism and protest BJP till it changed its policies.

Yadav also paid tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary.
