With self-styled Godman Asaram Bapu has been sent to 14-days judicial remand in Jodhpur on Monday, the father of the 16-year-old victim who ended fast unto death late on Saturday night claimed that the cops must grill the `Sanchalika’(administrator)of the Ashram if they wanted to get the truth of the fateful night.
``The police probing the rape case and involved in interrogation of Asaram must also summoned and question the sanchalika Shilpi as she will aware of the entire trauma
faced by my daughter into the hands of self-proclaimed Godman", asserted father of the girl while talking to media persons at his native village in Azeezganj locality of Kotwali area in Shahjahenpur. He already lodged a case against supporters of Asaram claiming that he received a call on his mobile through when they threatened to kill him if he will not withdraw the charges against Asaram.
The local police also provided security to him and his family to avert any untoward incident. `It was Shilpi who called us and informed the trauma faced by my daughter and she asked to come and take back the victim", the hapless father disclosed before the media saying that the cops must record her statement to know the truth. Meanwhile mystery also shrouds as sources confirmed that the said administrator disappeared when the local police team went to the Ashram on Monday afternoon. It may be mentioned that on last Saturday, the father of the girl went on indefinite hunger strike demanding arrest of self-styled Godman. Earlier the family of the victim has deserted their home in Shahjahenpur fearing threat to their lives from the supporters of the controversial Guru.
