There is good news for the people as now they can Dial 1076 to lodge a complaint with the CM Helpline.
The Yogi Adityanath government has set up a CM Helpline on which people can register their complaints. The Telecommunication department has allotted toll-free number 1076 to the CM’s Helpline, a official here on Tuesday confirmed.
The Uttar Pradesh cabinet in its last meeting had approved a decision to set up a CM Helpline with a toll-free number. This helpline will be monitored by the Chief Minister himself.
The government spokesman said that in the first phase, a 500-seat call centre would be installed that would have the facility to monitor incoming and outgoing calls.
“People will be free to lodge their complaints on the toll-free number. The progress of the complaints will be monitored by the Chief Minister and his office,” the spokesman said.
“The call centre will be over and above the other redressal systems like Janata Darshan and Tehsil Diwas held every week,” the spokesman added.
