Uttar Pradedh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep condolence on the death of a CRPF head constable during a terrorist operation in Jammu and Kashmir.
The CM has announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs 25 lakh for the family of the deceased , CRPF head constable Sahab Shukla , a native of Majhgawan in Belipar area of Gorakhpur.
While the wife of the deceased would get Rs 20 lakh as compensation and rest Rs 5 lakh to his parents.
The body of the martyr CRPF head constable was taken to Gorakhpur from New Delhi.
