Opening the door for foreign investments Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday assured all help to the investors from Malaysia who are willing to invest in Uttar Pradesh
“Uttar Pradesh is a region of vast opportunities. The state will provide all help to the investors who are willing to invest in Uttar Pradesh,” Chief Minister told a high-level delegation from Malaysia who called on him in his office here. The Malaysian delegation was led by Dato Seri Utama sami Velu, who is minister rank official and representative of Malaysian Prime Minister.
Elaborating on business opportunities in Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister said that Samajwadi party government has worked to improve infrastructure in the state. Besides setting up metro in lucknow government is focusing on high speed transportation and for plans are afoor to connect district headquarters with four-lane roads. The Government is also building bridges and power stations.
“To invite investors government has launched policies for investments in all sectors. Sops are being given to them and their problems are being solved through single window system,” he said .
Velu too said that investment opportunities are very high in Uttar Pradesh. First it is very big state and two it is close to national capital and therefore it can become investors’ paradise, he said. On this occasion a small film on investment opportunities was also shown to the delegation.
