Sleuths of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) along with six members of Central Forensic Science laboratory (CFSl) team from New Delhi on Thursday recreated the crime scene of killing of rape accused father in Unnao.
The team members were reportedly shocked when they found that the entire village was witness to the torture of the rape victim’s father leading to his death but none of them was ready to come on record just fearing of same fate.
Sources said that the CBI team, which grilled the legislator Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s brother Atul Singh Sengar and four of his accomplices in connection with the killing of rape victim’s father, took the family members of the victim and recreated scene of murderon Thursday morning. They reached Sengar’s house and looked at the tree on which the victim was tied with a rope and brutally assaulted.
``The accused Atul Singh Sengar pulled the victim from his house till MlA’s house which is about 100 meters away and later they were brutally beaten with sticks and rods after tying him with a tree”, the family revealed confirming that the entire village was present along with the cops of the local police station but no one dared to challenge the MlA’s brother or his henchmen.
The family also handed over the blood soaked clothes of the victim to the CBI team which was worn by the victim during the time of attack. The CBI team recorded the entire sequence of events while the CFSl team collected scientific evidences. The CBI team already visited Unnao Jail and recorded statement of some inmates pointing that how the henchmen of the MlA and some policemen entered inside the prison and again assaulted the victim just as his daughter reached lucknow and made self-immolation bid to expose the misdeeds of the Bharatiya Janta Party MlA, Kuldeep Singh Sengar. Sources said that the CBI team would seek further extension of custody remand of both the MlA and his brother and four other accused involved in the crime.
