BSP chief Mayawati seems to be getting back into action mode to revive her party after the ignominous drubbing at the recent Assembly poll and the 2014 Parliament elections.
After announcing to fight the coming urban local bodies poll on the BSP symbol after more than two decades, Mayawati on Thursday disbanded the Brotherhood Committee formed for the last Assembly poll and also removed zonal and range co-ordinators to make fresh appointments.
She also made BSP’s Muslim face and national general secretary Naseemudin as in-charge of Madhya Pradesh. Only on Monday, during a meeting with leaders from Madhya Pradesh, Mayawati had directed them to strengthen the party there.
