StateCongress claimed that letter of Urban Development Minister Azam Khan once again pointed that how incompetent the police became in Samajwadi Party regime and now no one could hope of justice.
Rs When people to the stature of Azam Khan, who is known to be next to chief minister Akhilesh Yadav could not get justice into the hands of police than what a common man could hope anything from the Khaki is any ones guess”, alleged spokesman of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) Dwijendra Tripathi. Congress spokesman said that Parliamentary Affairs and Urban Development Minister, Azam Khan had to wrote a letter to director general of police that Facebook account opened in his name was fake and that statement hurting the sentiments of particular community was also not mentioned by him. Khan requested the DGP to intervene in the matter and take stern action.
Dwijendra Tripathi further said that what was serious and showed the inefficiency of the cops was that Khan also mentioned in his letter that few days back also such mischief was done in his name by someone and that he also reported the matter to the district police chief of lucknow but so far no action has been taken in the case. Rs Rs It is a shame on lucknow police and showed their seriousness towards crime that when a person like Azam Khan made a complaing and lucknow SSP dumped it than a common man could not think of hoping any justice for him”, added Dwijendra Tripathi. Congress spokesman further said that since the new move of miscreants to use fake Facebook account of Azam Khan is a serious matter and is an effort to hurt the communal harmony of the State so chief minister Akhilesh Yadav should act and take stern action against the cops who refused to take cognizance of the matter so far.
