BJP president Amit Shah accused the Samajwadi Party government of UP of working for the interest of a particular caste. He said the SP government in last five years failed to deliver on all fronts and the BJP will form the next government in UP after the state assembly elections in 2017.
Addressing a big public meeting in Kasganj district on Tuesday Amit Shah said `` no power on the planet earth can stop the BJP from forming the next government in UP in 2017. The people desiring change had first elected 73 members of parliament of the BJP from the state and now it’s the time to return the adequate number of the MlAs for the state assembly’’.
He said the days of the SP government were numbered as the BJP is confident of forming the government in UP in 2017. Amit Shah claimed that the BJP government at the Centre managed to do in two years what the Congress failed to do in 60 years like open new bank account of 21 crore people.
``The people of UP can no longer be misled by the regional parties like the Samajwadi parties which were more of a family enterprise rather than a political party’’, said the BJP president adding `` the people of UP would dislodge the SP government in 2017’’.
``Narendra Modi government after completing two years in office has presented its performance report before the people of the country but the Akhilesh Yadav government even after completing nearly its full term of five years has nothing to show to the people’’, said Amit Shah adding `` two year record of the Modi government has been clean and spot less and there was not a single charge of corruption and we will do the same in UP by providing a clean and corruption free government in the state’’.
Targeting the chief minister Akhilesh Yadav for non performance BJP president said `` Akhilesh Yadav lacks the intention to work for the development. The NDA government at the Centre has provided electricity to over 9,000 villages in last two years and round the clock power supply in all the BJP ruled states’ while the SP government singularly failed in providing electricity to the people’’. . The BJP president alleged the laptop scheme, the flagship scheme of the SP government was meant for a particular caste and the Akhilesh Yadav government concentrated its efforts only for the uplift of a particular caste.
listing the achievements of the NDA government he said ``under the dynamic leadership of Narendra Modi, Central government opened bank accounts of over 7 crore people, earlier the poor people were scared of visiting the banks and now banks are knocking the door of the poor for opening their accounts and providing other services’’. He said the NDA government specifically focused its attention on increasing production of the Urea fertilizer. ``Earlier the farmers demanding urea were treated with the police lathis now it was a thing of past as the fertilizer was available in abundant quantity’’.
