Sir — This refers to the editorial, “ Go for perverts” (August 7). Expressing concern over rising incidents of rape in the country, the Supreme Court came down heavily on the Bihar Government for misusing taxpayers’ money to fund NGOs like the one that ran the Muzaffarpur shelter home where a number of girls were allegedly raped and abused. Money was given to these NGOs without looking into their credentials. I appreciate the court’s decision.
