Sir — It is interesting to note that the US has warned Pakistan against cross-border infiltration during the visit to India of President Barack Obama. The US has done well to warn Pakistan of severe consequences if any attack or attempt to attack is made. This is a candid admission that the US is aware of Pakistan’s sinister designs against India every time ceasefire violations take place.
Now, Pakistan is cast with the responsibility of taking every precautionary measure to thwart the bid of terrorists to attack India. But, is it enough for the US that Pakistan does not indulge in misadventure only during Mr Obama’s stay in IndiaIJ
