Sir — This refers to the article, “To each superpower, its own near-abroad” (August 1) by G Parthasarathy. When Pakistan supports the Kashmiris, India calls it cross-border terrorism. But when Russia does the same in Ukraine, it is termed as an act of defending its minorities.
