Sir — This refers to the article, “Intrude, violate, and then offer to discuss” (April 25) by Claude Arpi. The belligerent Chinese are just testing the waters. If India at least sends out a strong message, they will back off. They have more to lose financially if a war breaks out. Our leaders and the UPA Government simply need to display some spine — if not for their own credibility then in the interest of the nation.
