This refers to the article, “Modi is a villain, Sharif the hero! Sick mindset” (November 23) by Balbir Punj. The article has well portrayed the sick mindset of people like Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar, Salman Khurshid and Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan. Their abnoxious views reveal three things.
First, the Islamic world’s tirade against non-Muslims is justified. Second, for all acts of terrorism, it is the US who is the main culprit as it has made the Muslims a victim and a target. Third, the world is reserved for one particular community alone, which the non-Muslims are illegally occupying. These views are most pernicious and need to be nipped in the bud to save mankind.
