Sir — This refers to the editorial, “Blackmail at its worst” (May 30). Politicians of Jammu & Kashmir have grown up in the last 30 years of coalition era of politics.
As the BJP has ended that unfortunate period by securing a landslide mandate of the people of India, these politicians are a bothered lot. Comments such as those made by Mr Omar Abdullah stem from the fear that the leaders cannot exploit the situation anymore in New Delhi.
