Sir — There has been a lot of noise in India recently pertaining to Navjot Singh Sidhu hugging Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa during his recent visit to Pakistan.
One fails to understand as to why people are criticising Sidhu. He has neither committed a crime nor has he made a mistake. Such gestures can reduce mistrust and improve relations between India and Pakistan.
Now,that Imran Khan is the Prime Minister of Pakistan, one hopes that both India and Pakistan would strive for fruitful relations leaving behind any sort of animosity.
