Sir — At a time when India is wooing foreign investors, the Maggi fiasco reflects poorly on the domestic market scenario. A nationwide ban was enforced on the basis of tests carried out by unauthorised laboratories. Now, the Bombay High Court has rightly ordered re-testing at nationally accredited laboratories. This should have been the case from the beginning, especially when acting against a company of longstanding international repute.
