Sir — This refers to the article, “logic is a real subject. Teach it” (March 10) by Adheer Som. Over a period of time, it has been assumed that if you are a student of pure sciences or mathematics, you will understand logic. Hence, the focus on logic as a subject has been lost. It’s time for all students everywhere to resume studying logic. Hopefully, then, they will learn the absurdity of some practices that lead to chaos.
