Sir — This refers to the report, “Thousands watch as ‘farmer’ kills self” (April 23). It explains how the much-flaunted Aam Aadmi Party reacted to the suicide by a farmer from Rajasthan. The farmer had come to participate in an AAP rally in Delhi. Indeed, it speaks volumes about the apathy and insensitivity of the AAP leaders. On the one hand, they were fooling the people in the name of farmer welfare, and on the other, they cared little about a farmer committing suicide right in front of them.
