Kejriwal has lost the plot; his drama won't work

Sagar Singh

This refers to the editorial, “Enough of the drama” (May 26). From parting ways with the Anna Hazare-led Jan lokpal agitation to quitting as Chief Minister of Delhi due to the non-fulfilment by his Government of the grand promises he had made and failure to follow the due process of law, to over-estimating his strength in the lok Sabha election, Mr Arvind Kejriwal has demonstrated that he has lost the plot. Even as the people were reeling from these gimmicks, he launched another drama by not furnishing a bail bond in a case of defamation.

Given the speed with which his once trusted lieutenants have been deserting him due to his antics, the day is not far off when he will be left forlorn. As the people of Delhi, like those of the rest of the country, have reposed their faith in the BJP led by Mr Narendra Modi, it will be good if Mr Kejriwal and his team concentrate on the development criterion.
