Sir — This refers to the article, “IPS is well past its expiry date” (June 13) by Deepak Sinha. Agreed, a lot of clean up is required in defence procurements. The generals who behave like nawabs, who get personal golf courses and sell out defence lands, must also be dealt with. It’s time for introspection.
