There is no evidence to prove that those with formal education qualifications automatically improve governance at any level. look around you: The demon of vote-bank politics was unleashed by politicians with formal education. Having a high school diploma has nothing to do with political vision or administrative abilities. The biggest corruption scams have been perpetrated by educated politicians, administrators, businesspersons, and even judges.
