Sir — This refers to the editorial, “Problems at ICICI” (March 31). That powerful and influential people are not immune to corruption, nepotism and fraud is something that has been proved beyond doubt. Internal investigation of banks is just an eyewash. It is systemic failure of loan disbursement system.
