Sir — Pakistan-aided and Taliban-inspired terrorists, through their attack on the Indian mission in Herat, have given a golden opportunity to India to further strengthen its relations with Afghanistan, especially in the context of the US forces leaving Afghanistan soon.
Afghanistan needs full support to defend itself and its citizens from its enemies within and in the neighbourhood. India must lead the SAARC nations to help Afghanistan in every possible way.
