Sir — This refers to the editorial, “Grim Kashmir scenario” (May 12). The Indian Army needs to start a systematic military operation across the entire Kashmir valley to destroy all militant cells. Pro-Pakistani Kashmiri leaders have to be permanently put behind bars.
Internet and cellular phone services must be cut off or limited to official business in all affected areas. Even President’s Rule and dawn-to -dusk curfew with shoot-at-sight orders should be considered. That is the only way to stop Kashmir from slipping away from Indian rule.
