Sir — The Union Government recently released data regarding agricultural production for the year 2010-2011.
The figures refer to agricultural production as also data pertaining to agriculture and allied activities. Gujarat stands first with a staggering 19.5 per cent annual growth, and Bihar almost the last with 1.24 per cent growth. The figures refute the charge that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi promotes only corporates and ignores others.
